Emmanuel chaired, roll-call as above. 2) Minute Taker Yours truly. 3) Compare-andPublic PubSub Items Dave asked if it'd been announced on the list; it hasn't been, so he vetoed. 4) ODR/OMEMO Emmanuel noted these were marked as "Needs Author". Dave (later) suggested these might be blocked on the Contributor License Agreement not being signed. 5) Carbons Appears to have been derailed by Council voting to deprecate Hints. Needs some more list discussion. 6) DOAP Proposal Emmanuel withdrew this, saying it needed more work. 7) Voting reminders XEP-0334 is on this list, but it was noted that Sam has vetoed this, so it needs discussion on the list to deal with this. Dave voted +1 to obsoleting XEP-0146: Remote Controlling Clients. Emmanuel reminded himself and Tobias to vote on the publish-options change. 8) AOB Georg Lukas asked if Council would vote on #499 (Resynchronizing joins in MUC). All present voted +1, Tobias assumed to vote on list. Sam noted that some existing clients may be affected by this; Dave noted that this is the behaviour in jabber.org, and has been for many years. Gtalk was affected due to a bug. Georg also asked for some words of wisdom regarding the general direction for carbons and hints.
