Implemented long time ago. To be honest, MongooseIM supports MAM versions
from 0.2 to 0.6. We're going to drop support for 0.2 soon. It would be
grate to drop support for 0.3 as well only there are some client libs (
stanza.io for instance) which talks and understands only MAM 0.3.
