Daniel suggests the possibility of voting on the Bookmark Conversion proto-XEP, except that it's not in the Inbox yet; Jonas is surprised, and springs into action. Georg has the subtle feeling that this Council is in a rather sad state, but lacks the time to play the hero. Sam thinks that every Council goes through stages where everyone is busy; Georg presumes so, and hopes things will go smoother now that Summer is over. 3) When?
