Hello,

I'd like to ask for a Last Call for XEP-0410. It's got implemented in
two clients and two servers so far:

- poezio 0.12
- yaxim 0.9.3
- ejabberd 18.12
- prosody 0.11

One question that was brought up recently is whether a MUC service
should advertise support for the self-ping optimization
<https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0410.html#serveroptimization>, and
whether <feature var='urn:xmpp:ping'/> should be used for that.

As this is only an optimization that doesn't change the protocol, I
don't see an urgent need to advertise it, but maybe there are use cases
I haven't anticipated. If this is wished for, it should have its own
feature tag ("optimizes self-pings") and not use urn:xmpp:ping
("supports XEP-0199 pings") IMO. Opinions?
