Given that "modern" clients don't even render vCards
I'm not terribly motivated to implement it in ejabberd.
Even if vcard4 is stored in PEP only, the convertion
between old and new ones should be implemented,
or otherwise we will get into the same situation as
with bookmarks and avatars.
