Georg probably will still be here next week; Dave may not be. Jonas proposes skipping the next two weeks, given that it's not a particularly busy time and everyone's availability is uncertain. Zash checks whether there are LCs ending - Jonas notes that, coincidentally, the XEP-0411 LC ends in two weeks. Dave assumes it will be safe to skip one week, since everyone but Jonas should be available - Jonas says that's possible, except nobody seems to want to take on the tremendous responsibility of chairing and agenda writing - Dave will try to chair, and may even manage an agenda (if there's anything to put on it.) 2020-09-16 1500 UTC 6) AOB Georg has uploaded an almost identical XEP-0424 twin for CS-2021; could open a PR, but would prefer Daniel first writes the A/V section in case an Editor decides to merge and ask Council - Jonas suggests drafting the PR so it won't be merged (and if opened on GitLab, you get a rendered version of the protoXEP for free!) - Georg does so [1].
