Oh, I see, you just meant "you can enable carbons before sending the
initial available presence". I thought I was doing that and still
running into this race condition, but you're right and I don't see how
this would work. Let me go re-read some of the initial presence language
in 6120 or wherever, maybe you're right and this just isn't a problem.
