That's not quite right, you can use XEP-0353 together with XEP-0198 and/or 
XEP-0313 to make VoIP work on iOS.

@all: XEP-0353 needs something like "this should be stored in mam, too" to 
make it work flawlessly, right?
Of course,as a sender, you can always add a XEP-0334 store processing hint, 
but this should be made somehow mandatory imho.
