Returning different results to disco#info (and disco#items) depending on who
queries seems like something that has the potential to great damage. I also
think that this is nothing we currently endorse, specify or see in the wild.
Just for what it's worth, at least providing different disco#items based
on access to people is definitely done in the wild, e.g. for MUC rooms
to only be listed to people who have access to them.
