Hi there, Discussing the Last Call of XEP-0215, the Council thinks that dropping anything unrelated to STUN/TURN from XEP-0215 seems to be a good way forward.
The reason for that is that we do not want to avoid carrying untested/unused specification pieces into Stable, to create less confusion down the road. Please let us know by today in two weeks (August 17th) whether you use, own, or know of any implementation which uses XEP-0215 for anything except STUN/ TURN. If such implementations exist, we may reconsider. Please also try to get people responsible for the implementation to provide Last Call feedback. thanks, Jonas
