I have changed the title, and removed the phrase Ad-Hoc Commands.

Friends from Sopranica have informed me that there is already dedicated
URI for Ad-Hoc Commands, including "prev" for previous and "next".

I would be glad to discuss about the possibility to allocate
identifiers to Data Forms.
