There is a difference in the memory slots in the StarMax computer. If you look carefully at the motherboard, you can see that 2 of the slots are labeled 'Dual Bank' and one is labeled 'Single Bank'. Check <http://www.musc.edu/~schwarda/ram_slots_cuda_button.htm> here for a good shot of the slots. The important thing is that the 64DIMM must be installed in one of the 2 Double Bank slots for all 64MB to be recognized. If not, only half of it will be recognized. Your 32MB DIMM may or may not be the same way, but the 16MB DIMM will definitely work in the Single Bank slot.
