I had similar situation with my 5500. View Sonic, no Joe card, no Asante, everything else identical
Replace battery. Do the Cuda Kari
Computer will power on from keyboard power switch...so my guess is that PRAM battery still works...and it appears keyboard connection to computer is happening. Any thoughts? Is this a motherboard issue? Video driver failure? Just plain bad luck?
