One thing to check is in the memory control panel see if a RAM disk has been turned on.

Friends,

Need any help you can offer... I'm stumped...

I have a SM 5000 275/160 ram running OS 9.1.

Overnight, I don't know how this happened, my system memory usage shot up
from about 35 mb to 80-82 mb. I can't figure out what happened.... With a
maximum 160 ram on this machine, that's way too much! It stays about the
same with virtual memory on or off...

Did I receive a virus? A trojan? Where would I begin to look for the
problem?

Any help would be much, much appreciated...

Thank you,

Alex
