Hello, I'm struggling with statET to index custom library folders. By experimenting with the settings I came to a point where only the core packages are now indexed, even if I reindex everything, though:
> .libPaths() [1] "/usr/local/lib/R/site-library" "/usr/local/lib/R/library" > .Library [1] "/usr/local/lib/R/library" > .Library.site [1] "/usr/local/lib/R/site-library" I tried to look at the statET source code, I saw that there were differences when the R session is remote or not. So my question is: in the case of a local R session (R console), which settings of the R configuration determine the folders that will be considered for indexing ? I also kind of remember noticing a difference when paths were symbolic links (that I now try to avoid). Is it possible ?
