We've been using FlaggedRevs on the Manual and Extension namespaces on
www.mediawiki.org and I'm liking it so far; it lets us leave editing pretty
open with a slight extra review step for version stability. Should be pretty
straightforward to set up a script to pull the marked-stable versions of the
pages out of the wiki and commit them...

Would we also want a hook to make the Markdown-formatted pages work
friendlier in the wiki? Might be able to adapt something like
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:MarkdownSyntax if needed, have it
flip in just for the doc pages.
