Smart of you!
Is there another resource (like a forum) for development how to's and
help?
I set up a Vanilla Forum a few months ago:
http://statusnet.vanillaforums.com/discussion/1/using-vanilla-forums/
It's not really linked from anywhere, so it's not used much. Some people
seem to really need a forum, though, so it might be something we use
more in the future.
There's also the StatusNet wiki:
http://status.net/wiki/Main_Page
And more generally the "Open Source" area of the StatusNet site, where
we're trying to collect tools and other info:
http://status.net/open-source
There's also an IRC channel at #statusnet on Freenode, which is probably
the best place for up-to-the-second responses.
If you click on a link to visit a group, say
http://mymicroblog.com/group/groupname, and you're not logged in, you
are directed to the public timeline and NOT the group page after you
log in.
I believe this is fixed in version 0.9.0rc1.
You can also use the common_set_returnto() function to store the URL for
after a login.
