I'm doing some initial test builds of internal code documentation using doxygen, pulling from the doc comments in the source.

We should probably customize the style, but of course the main lack is just that a lot of parts of the code aren't well documented! We may also need to adjust some of our commend formatting to output better to the HTML docs.


Been thinking about possibly integrating the built docs with the wiki to provide for annotation and translation. Anybody got experience with this sort of thing, what works well or what doesn't?
