Thanks William! It looks like the process is fairly simple if exporting DB &
importing it to its destination is one of the main process involved. I
thought there were some configurations by running some scripts and granting
the right persmission etc are needed as well, that's why I didn't want to
mess with the site transfer since I am not familiar with PHP.

I will give it a try. I appreciate your input.
