The timezone difference doesn't leave enough time on irc to discuss
everything. So, I have been brainstorming about the Foursquare/Gowalla
Lite idea and have come up with a design that I think is pretty nice,
I have written a wiki page describing it:

So, there are 3 things that make a Foursquare/Gowalla clone: 1) Spots
2) Trips 3) Badges. One nice way is to implement them as 3 different
microapp plugins with dependencies, (badges and trips depend on spots)
I have tried to represent the transactions in terms of (invented :P)
ActivityStreams objects and ActivityVerbs very briefly.
