The change to src/time_put.cpp is a straightforward addition of guards to the
header inclusion.
The change to include/rw/_defs.h is slightly less straightforward. What it
does is it uses rw/_defs.h as a placeholder for wchar.h if wchar.h doesn't
exist and _RWSTD_NO_FORCE_RELATIVE_PATHS isn't defined.
