In the future, please try to remember to use UNIX newlines in your
patches to prevent failures with patch implementations that do not
recognize Windows newline sequences (e.g., Solaris). Thanks! :)

For consistency with other ChangeLog entries, the descriptions after
the colon should start with a capital letter and end with a period.
There should be no space before the colon, and no blank lines between
individual entries. I've corrected this and committed your changes
