locale test failure for br_FR.ISO-8859-1 and hu_HU.ISO-8859-2

Running the test scripts for br_FR.ISO-8859-1 and hu_HU.ISO-8859-2 shows that
stages 2 and 3 differ (the diff is below the script output):
