The directory stdcxx-4.2.0/docs does not exist in the stdcxx 4.2.0
distribution. I assume stdcxx-4.2.0/doc (no 's' at the end) was meant.
I don't see anything wrong with stdcxx-4.2.0/docs/stdlibug/1-1.html (the link
to Rogue Wave works) but the link to index.html on the
stdcxx-4.2.0/docs/stdlibug/1-4.html page is, in fact, broken (it points to the
wrong page in the online documentation at
http://incubator.apache.org/stdcxx/doc/stdlibug/1-4.html).
