Hi
I think I have located the problem. 
My log in name and password has been blocked for some reason.
 
I just created a new a/c and I was able to log in OK
 
As I need to keep my old log in name and password ( I am too old to remember a 
new one). Can it be cancelled and I will re create the a/c
