All the new revisions except 50: "enable backward compatible mode fore hyperlinks" are OK. I need to sleep now - will approve and merge tomorrow.
revision 50 has troubles on the test site because links were changes for css and js from relative paths in ./... to absolute paths to the root of the webserver: "./css/.." -> "/css/..." This means the site can't be relocated in general and specifically doesn't run on my server in a sub-directory. Please change these back.
