Does this commit fix something which is broken? Since it's Tim
bumping it, I imagine it fixes the OSX build which was broken
yesterday.

As a general rule, bumping the Qt version requirement to one higher
than the latest in the Ubuntu/Debian repositories is not to be done
unless there is a really good reason. Stellarium should build with
the standard repository versions of major dependencies. One reason
the GIMP development team have a hard time attracting new developers
is that setting up a build environment is a mammoth undertaking
because you have to build the development [code only] releases of all
the dependency projects. I am strongly opposed to Stellarium
following this pattern.

Tim, can you confirm it's required to fix the build? If so I'll make
the version dependency for OSX different from Linuxes.
