I'm beginning to try & cleanup out cmake files. Some of this is just
bit-rot that has set in, but, some of this will be required for the move to Qt5.
I really do not know how useful the buildbots are; they seem to be
broken more often than not, for any number of reasons. This work requires
cmake 2.8.6, and will eventually require 2.8.9. 2.8.9 is the correct version
to use for Qt5, but this is not going to be for a while. The 2.8.6 is required
for the automoc feature, which helps to clean up the build files.
Once the buildbots are upgraded to 2.8.6, I'll merge the changes.
