You still have not fixed the start splash problem in Windows. I have many
different windows platforms over seven computers both 32 and 64 bit.
The splash only appears on about 20% of the installations. Can't find any other
problems but I have not tested all the plugins or scripts.

0.12.0 of Stellarium.
