No, the "cooperation" will be mostly beneficial for your website.

Stellarium uses SourceForge.net for most of its hosting, including
file hosting. SourceForge already provides mirrors in multiple
countries, ensuring fast download speeds and redundant download
locations.

In short, Stellarium has nothing to gain by adding another download
link to its already cluttered homepage. Your website, on the other
hand, will benefit from the increased traffic and search engines
ranking.

Stellarium's installers have been already "mirrored" by multiple
software collection websites all over the Web. They are free to do so
under the terms of Stellarium's license, the GNU GPL. But so far, none
of these websites have been brazen enough to ask us to include a link
to them.
