I've just a small question about the policy of development...
Sometimes I find some bug and I realize that I can fix by myself and commit
a new patch for that...
In these cases what do you do? (what is the best thing to do?)
1-Report the bug; send a patch and close the bug
2-Only send a patch directly to review
