1. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (Code: OS)
Basic Function:
* Utilize this position as a development
opportunity to learn Engineering & Operational
requirements through all phases of the project up to
Operations start-up
* Support & Implement the Eastern Hub Operations &
Maintenance Philosophy
* Be an active member and participant of the North
Belut Project Management Team
* Help to develop North Belut Operability strategy
using the Eastern Hub Operations & Project Interface
document
* Provide key Engineering & Operations input into
preliminary and detailed Engineering Design
* Actively participate to define Operational Roles
& Responsibilities from commencement of Engineering
through to Start-Up and commencement of North Belut

for all projects that includes; operating manuals,

Qualification & Experience:
* Must have an Engineering degree (i.e. process,
production, mechanical and or chemical)
* Must have at least 5-10 years engineering
experience in the oil and gas industry
* Should have 5-10 years experience & knowledge of
oil, gas and production facilities (i.e. ASME, API,
AWS, ASTM, Cause & Effects and P&ID's)
* Actively seek knowledge transfer from outside
experts
* Must be able to read, write and communicate
effectively in English

participating in COPI HSE MS and safety/environmental

2. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (Code: MT)
Basic Function:
The Mechanical Technician is required to work with
the project team to identify issues with the
mechanical and rotating equipment and assists them to
solve issues as required. He is also required to
become fully involved with the pre-commissioning and
commissioning work to gain as much experience and
knowledge as possible, from the vendors and project
team.
The Technician participates in technical training
and also carries out tasks requested by the
Supervisors and Specialists to ensure he is gaining
the knowledge required to effectively participate in
the safe start-up of the facilities rotating and
stationary equipment. He also participates in periodic
reviews to confirm the level of competency he requires
is achieved.
Production and Operations - The Mechanical
Technician carries out the daily planned and unplanned
maintenance activities within the facilities, as
directed by the Mechanical Supervisor and Mechanical
Specialist including the condition monitoring program.
Participates in the facilities training program to
ensure his skill set is at the knowledge level
required to carry out his normal activities and
participates in refresher training as required.
Qualification & Experience:
* Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering
* 5 - 7 years experience in Mechanical and/or
Rotating Equipment maintenance
* Work experience related to offshore and/or
marine rotating and mechanical equipment
* Work experience with Condition Monitoring
programs.
* Work experience related to three of the
following: ((- Large Turbine Generators packages (2
yrs +); - Offshore HVAC systems (2 yrs +); -
Centrifugal Compressor packages (2 yrs +); -
Fluidhandling systems (2 yrs +); - Material Handling
Systems (2 yrs +); - Condition Monitoring Systems (4
yrs +))
3. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (Code: DC)
Basic Function:
Responsible to manage and maintain an efficient
document control management system for Projects.
Assisting EDMS Specialist in coordinating Document
Record Management in the Projects Group.
Qualification & Experience:
* Minimum academy level D3, or equivalent with min
5 years experience in Oil and Gas industry.
* Critical Skills: ((- Team Work; - Customer
Oriented; - Preferable experience on Document
Management and EDMS (Electronic Document Management
Systems) such as Documentum, Project Wise, Livelink,
etc.; - Proficiency in English, both oral and
written.; - Must be conversant with the use of
databases, spreadsheets and other computer programs,
which may be used to assist the control and issue of
documents. Understanding of automated methods of
producing documents, use of adobe acrobat and
