brokerage firm do not accept the current account even if you are properietor,
this happened to me.

If it is personal account yes as account belongs to you and you have to
maintain and submit account with I.Tax no one can refuse to do so. But if it is
other then personal account not allowed.(Partnership/Pvt ltd)
