1.       Graduation/MBA  from a leading institution

2.       Excellent  relationships with institutional investors (domestic and
FIIs)

3.       Market experience  in the range of 2 years to 9 years

4.       Currently employed in a leading foreign brokerage (or in a top 5
domestic broking house)

c.       You  are in retail broking or part of the derivatives desk or a
