26/04/09 DEAR SIR, plz guide in the above matter. what will be the maximum time limit for filing the case in arbitration. transaction was of sept 08 and the matter had been taken up with the broker from sept o8. though the case was pending in igr commiittee of bse which was closed on the plea that transaction was took place in nse. by that time 6 months has elapsed. now what will be remedy available with me. plz guide and help --
