v guard is a new co. hw cn u b so sure regarding their dividend policy since their main income is from the trading business (which is highly skeptical & non-assured). They came out with an IPO in feb 2008, i guess & had got avoid ratings from many a brokerage houses. Even on the day of listing, the company closed below its issue price & has since then not been able to touch its issue price on the lower band too. Please study the companies before making any recommendations to others.
