the Portland Sculpture Trust on Portland -- organised by the
Trust with the Landscape & Art Network.

The exhibition describes the complex tissue of different
interests (artistic, recreational, economic, conservational,
creative, educational, touristic) which converge on this unique
island and its famous limestone resource -- and how the Trust
works to promote understanding of its past and present cultural
value.
The evening will begin with an introduction to the exhibition
followed by a short performance by Jeff Higley and Kate Piper of
'A Gift from Ancient Waters'.
The exhibition may also be seen on Friday Oct 15th 11am - 7pm.
