I've been looking into buying one of these beauties myself.
Atlas-Copco makes them. Called a chipping hammer.
Comes in two styles: cylindrical shank, which will turn in the
gun, and a hex shank which will give the most precise control over
bit-rotation from the handle.
They are not cheap ( @ $1000.00 US ) and require some big air to
drive them. <sigh>
