To login: you need to:
1) Have the OPS service running
2) Have the BSL service running
3) Have the correct configs setup. Default should work if OPS and BSL are 
running

I will update the readme in the next day or two to be more explicit on this 
aspect.

I got the stocktrader webapp built. Anyway I can only access the welcome
page. Should I do anything else to get the menu to access login, portfollio,
etc.. pages?.
