Someone needs to checkout the incubator site: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk
and start updating it. Basically, add a stonehenge file in: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/site-author/projects/ (copy the incubation-status-template.xml as a starting point) and then run the "build.sh" in the root there to generate a new site. Then commit everything. Once done, someone will need to login to people.apache.org and run "svn up" in /www/incubator.apache.org (make sure to umask 002 first) Let me know if you have problems with any of that.
