Ideally someone in the team should step up to do this - Kamal would
you be willing to help out?. The process is simple: a week before the
report is due, we should create a new wiki page, and send an email to
the -dev list soliciting input. Of course its possible to do it in
place in the Incubator wiki, but I think its nicer to have a "playpen"
wiki page where anyone can feel motivated to edit and then we copy it
into the incubator report wiki.
