Hi, I just downloaded the nightly build, http://wso2.org/downloads/wsf/php/nightly-build that we asked you to test with.Looks like it too has the problem of not having the "dynamic_invocation/xslt/". Could be a problem in the nightly build scripts.
One quick option you have is to set the include_path directive to some the script directory of the wsf/php svn trunk.
