You have to enable tcp/ip for the server which you are using. If you are
using SQLExpress, then you have to enable tcp/ip to that server. Even though
I had SQLExpress, I used MSSQLServer to configure StockTrader, hence the
document (wiki) is written for MSSQLServer. Since you are using SQLExpress,
you have to change the protocol for that. How you are changing the protocol
for SQLExpress is similar to MSSQLServer.
