Hello all,
It is that time of the month again, where we need to send in a status update
about Stonehenge. I am volunteering to ensure that we get it done in a timely
manner every month.

This is how I understand the process, I am recapping it for myself and
potentially others who are unfamiliar with it (Harold?):

* The incubator PMC must report to the ASD board of directors every
month [1] on typically a third of incubator projects

* There is a reporting schedule that details when each project needs to
report [1]

* For Stonehenge, we had to do monthly reports in the Dec- Feb time
frame, we did have reports, but they weren't rich in detail compared to the
other ones.

* I suggest that we go ahead with monthly reports to show the board of
directors that we have good momentum going on

I've created a wiki page to store our updates [2], and then I will collect and
paste on the main reporting wiki.

The final report is due on April 8th. So lets have our updates in by the
coming Monday the 6th. Does that sound like a plan?
Thanks,
