Attached is the patch for the Windows Auth changes that we discussed.  The diff 
came out a bit odd because Scott's previous patch didn't get applied to the 
repo yet.  I manually applied the patch on my machine before making the change.

I created a method called GetConnectionString and then invoke that throughout 
the SetupActions.  Tested it in SQL and Integrated mode and it worked.

Please let me know if I didn't submit the patch correctly.
