Apache.org isn't any sort of legal anything.   It's just the home page of The 
Apache Software Foundation.    Thus, that really isn't appropriate.

I would just go with "Apache Stonehenge - Incubating".

If in doubt, though, I suggest sending a note off to [email protected].
