DotNet doesn't have any configuration for PHP and WSAS. I'd like to remove the
WSO2 config (which as an MESEC... type-o) and replace it with PHP and WSAS
configurations.

The only config we have right now is:
ACCESS_STRING_WSO2_WEB_SERVICE_HTTP_MESECURITY
Seems like we should have
ACCESS_STRING_PHP_WEB_SERVICE_HTTP
ACCESS_STRING_WSAS_WEB_SERVICE_HTTP
ACCESS_STRING_WSAS_WEB_SERVICE_HTTP_MSECURITY
