maxCookieCachingTime="Infinite" causes a type warning

I removed the infinte for now and replaced it with 
maxCookieCachingTime="05:05:00"
This was in a WSO2 stub in the BSL app.config  TradeUI web.config
We may need to deal with this if it is a valid value.
