+1 for making changes to the SetupActions to default the password to 'yyy'.
I've removed the 'yyy' from the next revision of the readme documentation (to
be submitted with the Interop walk-thru).

AFAIK, Shankar changed all the db scripts/conf files to use yyy.

Subject: Default password for trade user in the database

All,

Sorry for coming back to this issue. I thought we had settled on 'yyy' as the
password. I hadn't been updating one of my VPCs for a few days. This morning I
applied all of the recent commits. In the SetupActions.cs file I see that the
default password for the database user has been changed back to 'trade'. I also
noticed that the ReadMe.mht file has the section back in it with the
instructions to change the password manually to 'yyy'. Can we get a consensus
on what the password should be for all of the implementations and I will update
the code/documents to match it.

>From what I understand all implementations have now coded to 'yyy' as the
>password so I vote that we keep it as 'yyy'.
