I just noticed this and IMHO we should try to fix this before M1.
There are duplicates for the OrderProcessorServiceConfigurationSettings project
under
common\OrderProcessorServiceConfigurationSettings
and
order_processor\OrderProcessorServiceConfigurationSettings
